How long does it take for my tool to be listed?

Basic listings are reviewed and published within 48 hours. Featured and Premium listings get priority review within 24 hours. We manually review every submission to ensure quality.

Is this a one-time payment or subscription?

All plans are one-time payments. Pay once and your tool stays listed permanently. No recurring charges, no surprise fees.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and more through Stripe. All payments are processed securely with industry-standard encryption.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. If your submission has not yet been reviewed, you can request a full refund within 7 days. If we reject your submission, you'll receive a full refund automatically. Once listed, the fee is non-refundable.

What are the listing criteria?

Your tool must be a functional AI-powered product or service. We don't list tools that are non-functional, duplicates, misleading, or containing malicious content.

Can I update my listing after it's published?

Yes! Email us at support@aitoolplex.com and we'll update your listing within 24 hours.

Do you offer discounts for multiple tools?

Yes! If you're submitting 3 or more tools, contact us at support@aitoolplex.com for a custom bundle price.

How does the Featured badge work?

Featured tools get a prominent badge, appear on the homepage, and are placed at the top of their category page — significantly increasing visibility.

How does the announcement bar work?

Premium listings get a 30-day slot in the scrolling announcement bar that appears at the top of every page on the site. Slots are assigned in the order purchases are made. When your 30 days are up, you can renew for $10 to keep your spot for another 30 days.
