AIToolPlex is an AI tools directory and comparison platform that provides reviews, comparisons, and curated recommendations for AI-powered tools and services, including AI image generators, AI video generators, and other AI software categories.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

AIToolPlex provides:

• A search function to help users find relevant AI tools
• Paid tool submission listings for AI tool developers and companies
• User-generated reviews and ratings (when available)

AIToolPlex is an informational resource. We do not develop, operate, or control any of the third-party AI tools listed on our platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service.

3. User Accounts

Certain features may require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your password secure, and accept responsibility for all activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@aitoolplex.com.

4. Paid Services

4.1 Tool Submission Fee

AI tool developers and companies may submit their tools for listing on AIToolPlex for a one-time fee of $19.90 USD. This covers review, listing in our directory, and a basic tool profile.

4.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details.

4.3 Refund Policy

• Before review: Full refund within 7 days of payment if your submission has not yet been reviewed.
• After listing: Non-refundable once your tool has been reviewed and listed.
• Rejection: Full refund if we reject your submission because it does not meet our listing criteria.

5. Tool Submissions and User Content

When submitting a tool or posting content, you agree that all information is accurate, you have the right to submit it, and it does not infringe on any third party's rights. We reserve the right to accept, reject, edit, or remove any submission at our sole discretion.

By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Service. You retain ownership and may request removal at any time.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the Service for unlawful purposes, submit false information, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or crawl without permission, interfere with the Service, impersonate others, or distribute spam or malware.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content are owned by AIToolPlex and protected by copyright and trademark laws. AI tool names, logos, and trademarks displayed on AIToolPlex belong to their respective owners and are used for informational purposes under fair use principles.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.

• Reviews, ratings, and editorial content represent subjective opinions and should not be taken as professional advice.
• We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or reliability of any third-party AI tool.
• Some links may be affiliate links. Affiliate relationships do not influence our editorial content or rankings.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIToolPlex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service or any third-party tool accessed through our platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or other reasons at our discretion.

11. Dispute Resolution

Before filing any formal legal action, you agree to contact us at legal@aitoolplex.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last Updated” date and notify you of material changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
